I wish all of my lovely readers happy easter holidays, lots of fun and lots of yummy food! I baked a so called “Reindling”, a traditional cake eaten at Easter. It’s fluffy and sweet and filled with cinnamon and raisins. It’s traditionally eaten with ham and horseradish but that’s for pros ;-)
Recipe will follow. But for now go outside, enjoy the sun (we didn’t have do much of it the last days and weeks here in Vienna …)
